Monica joined Cream Residential in 2016 as an addition to the administration team. Monica manages the sales process for the agents and their buyers and sellers, from exchange through to settlement. She also manages the Sales Trust Account, and general business working out of the Cream Offices. With a long history in customer service based roles, Monica enjoys working with agents, admin and clients alike to ensure a smooth process in all her dealings.
